Orders over $275 Dollars Ship Ground for Free

All products must be shipped within the Continental United States to a confirmed United States Business Address, Cal Gas Direct Inc does not ship Internationally. All products will ship by ground by default. Ground shipping takes approximately 3-10 business days depending on ship to location. Items must be shipped to a Business address. Other ship methods may be available depending on the Product, Please contact us for shipping options.

The Majority of our Calibration Gases are Blend to Order (BTO) to ensure the longest shelf life.                    

Overnight Shipping is Available on many products contact us directly to ensure it can go via Air.

Return Policy

All Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of product. Returned products must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged in any way. All returned product must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before being returned. Contact us directly for a RMA number. Do not ship an item back without a RMA number, returns without RMA numbers will be refused. Since cylinders are considered a Hazardous material by all major shipping carriers, shipping Hazardous Material requires DOT certification. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and must be DOT certified.

All Calibration gas orders/blends are considered final: no returns, credits, or refunds on custom orders/blends.

We strive to make sure the right product is shipped and if there is any issue will work to resolve the issue quickly and do everything we can to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

We Ship to Confirmed United States Business addresses only

Our Products are only available for business customers with verifiable United States business/commercial use applications. Since they are pressurized cylinders and considered Hazardous Material, orders can only be shipped to a confirmed Business / University address for calibration purposes only. Please provide your Business name and a commercial shipping address on your order. All orders will be reviewed before they are approved for shipment. Cal Gas Direct Incorporated reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion.

We do offer Tax Exempt orders for customers who are legally Tax Exempt. Please contact us for Tax Exempt orders, We will verify we have your Tax exemption forms on file

TECHNICAL RECOMMENDATIONS:

 For best results, use the following procedure when using Reactive Gas Mixtures and always use the shortest length possible of Teflon Tubing between the Cylinder Regulator Hose Barb and the Gas Detection Instrument. Turn the regulator on before connection is made with the cylinder, allowing any trapped air to be purged from the regulator. Be sure to turn the regulator off as soon as the regulator is fully connected. Always ensure delivery tubing is compatible with the Gas. Do not store this cylinder with the regulator installed due to possible leakage or long-term reaction with internal components of the regulator. Follow instrument manufacturer’s instruction manual.

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

We are not responsible for Lost or Stolen packages. 

Safety

Calibration Gas and the related products on this website should only be handled by trained professionals. Calibration Gas is used for the Calibration of instruments and detectors and is not for Human consumption. This product is not food grade and not to be used on consumables including food, wine, beer, or cannabis related products.
